The word "diet" originates from the Greek term "diaita," which means "way of living." It is clear that our modern understanding of "diet" as a restrictive program strays significantly from its original meaning.

These sessions facilitate progressive self-discovery through three core practices and are thoughtfully sequenced by leading intuitive eating dietitians and behavior scientists from esteemed institutions such as Columbia University, Duke University, and the University of California.
